Shipping Information

All orders placed with us are direct orders.
This means that - contrary to pre-orders - we already have the items produced and ready to ship out.
Since we bulk ship all new orders once every week (either on Thursday or Friday), please allow for some time for us to process your order.

All orders will be shipped from Germany.
Shipping includes tracking and insurance from our local shipping company - Deutsche Post.
The approximate shipping time from the moment you receive your shipping notification with your tracking number is around 3 - 21 days depending on location.
